Position: Registered Manager (RM)
– Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
– Location: Victoria Office
– Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure compliance with CQC standards and uphold the highest quality of care.
– Lead and inspire our team, supporting professional development and organisational growth.
– Oversee operational management and financial stewardship, ensuring sustainability.
– Manage safeguarding, health and safety, and adhere to all legal frameworks.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
– NVQ L5 qualification in Leadership and Management Health and Social Care or equivalent.
– Proven experience in leadership and management within the home care sector.
– Comprehensive understanding of safeguarding principles and compliance requirements.
– Strong project management skills and financial acumen.
