The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a new 4-bed Children’s Residential Home specialising in Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) located in Nottingham. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, and deliver exceptional care to young people. Your key responsibilities include building a high-performing team, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, driving occupancy, and developing a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes positive outcomes for children and young people with EBD.
About You:
The ideal candidate will hold (or be working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People). You will have previous experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager within children’s residential care, with a strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding protocols. You demonstrate excellent leadership, organisational resilience, and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for young people. Your ability to inspire teams and manage multiple priorities effectively will be essential for success in this role.
What’s On Offer:
This position offers a competitive salary of up to £52,000, with an OTE of up to £62,200 including performance-related bonuses. Additional benefits include an occupancy bonus of £600 per month, a choice between a company car or a £3,001 car allowance, and on-call payments of £25 per hour during weekdays and £35 per hour on weekends.
