Registered Manager – 3-Bed Children’s Home
Recruiting in partnership with a trusted name in adolescent residential care since 1999, is looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our established 3-bed home in Bristol.
The Role
You’ll manage a team of 6 staff, ensuring high-quality, individualised care that helps young people thrive. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, compliance with Ofsted standards, and the professional development of your team.
About you
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare (with at least 1 year in a supervisory role)
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
- Solid understanding of Children’s Home Regulations, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding protocols
- A manual UK driving licence, your own vehicle, and business insurance
- £2,000 car allowance
