Hamptons are proud to be working with an expanding organisation who is looking for a dynamic Registered Manager for a new Dulwich branch! This role is perfect for an experienced care leader who thrives in a start-up environment and is passionate about excellent care.

You will have the rare chance to build and grow a new service, supported by our experienced teams. This role involves leading day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care, managing budgets, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the Dulwich domiciliary care branch day-to-day.
– Ensure high-quality, person-centred care exceeding CQC standards.
– Recruit, train, and inspire care professionals.
– Conduct client assessments and care reviews.
– Manage staffing, budgets, and resources efficiently.
– Oversee compliance and governance.
– Provide out-of-hours support via on-call rota.
– Drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:
– NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
– At least 2 years as a CQC Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
– In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
– Proven staff, budget, and performance management skills.
– Passion for improving lives and delivering exceptional care.
– Proficiency with digital care management systems.
