Hamptons is collaborating with a dedicated and passionate children's residential company in Spalding, seeking a Registered Manager to spearhead their inaugural children's home. Nestled in a picturesque rural setting, this role offers a unique chance to shape the future of a new service and make a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.

The Role:

– Ensure the home remains compliant with relevant legislation and the National Minimum Standards (OFSTED).
– Provide a high-quality and dependable standard of service in line with the values and standards of the organisation.
– Actively uphold the company’s reputation with stakeholders.
– Undertake regular assessments and evaluations of working practices and culture, recommending necessary changes and actions.
– Provide a safe and structured environment for staff and young people.
– Contribute to the development of the home with regards to diversification of services provided.
– Be responsible for the line supervision and management of Deputy Managers and Social Work staff.
– Promote a quality service in all areas of staff management.
– Help build an environment in which the services provided are of the highest standards.

About You:

– Proven track record with Ofsted as a Registered Manager.
– Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to undertake).
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
– Desire to make a positive change for young people.
– Understanding of Ofsted regulations.
