Lead a New Children's Home in Wigan

About You:

A compassionate and dynamic leader is sought to spearhead the inception of a new children's home in Wigan. This pivotal role requires a professional with a heart for transforming the lives of young individuals and a robust track record in children's residential care.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification, ensuring compliance with Ofsted's rigorous standards. A deep understanding of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards is imperative, as is leadership acumen, including the ability to recruit, develop, and manage a dedicated team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, fostering team cohesion and providing support to staff. The role demands a commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for continuous improvement. Resilience and adaptability are key attributes, alongside a solution-focused mindset to effectively navigate challenges.
