About You:

Imagine spearheading the launch of a pioneering children's home in West Yorkshire, where your leadership will shape the future of care for young individuals with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Hamptons' is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children.

The successful candidate will possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent, with a comprehensive grasp of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. Leadership prowess is paramount, with a proven track record in recruiting, nurturing, and overseeing a committed team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, ensuring a supportive work environment and effective staff engagement. The role requires a steadfast commitment to excellence in care, with a zeal for ongoing enhancement of service quality. Resilience, flexibility, and a problem-solving approach are indispensable in meeting the demands of this challenging yet rewarding role.
