About You:

Hamptons' is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children.

The successful candidate will possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent, with a comprehensive grasp of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. Leadership prowess is paramount, with a proven track record in recruiting, nurturing, and overseeing a committed team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, ensuring a supportive work environment and effective staff engagement. The role requires a steadfast commitment to excellence in care, with a zeal for ongoing enhancement of service quality.
