Hampton’s are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established Children’s Residential Provider, who are currently seeking a Registered Manager for their 3-bedded children’s home in Bradford, specialising in mental health.

About You:

Imagine leading a dedicated children’s residential care home in Bradford, where your expertise will foster a nurturing environment for young people with mental health needs. This role is crafted for a seasoned Registered Manager who excels in creating and maintaining a supportive, high-quality care setting. With a competitive salary of up to £50,000 as a basic salary, complemented by additional bonuses, the remuneration reflects the significance of your skills and experience.

The Role:

This position is a dynamic mix of hands-on care and strategic management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements and maintaining the highest standards of care for up to three young people. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing care plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role offers a balanced blend of practical involvement and administrative leadership, enriching your professional journey.

Skills and Experience:

– A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, as required by Ofsted.
– Proven experience in managing a children’s residential care home.
– Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and guide a dedicated team.
– Excellent organisational and communication skills.
– A compassionate, patient, and resilient disposition.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
