Are you a seasoned Registered Manager with a passion for making a difference in an EBD setting?  We're on the lookout for a dynamic Children's Registered Manager to lead our home!

 About the Role:
– Salary: £50-55k basic DOE (must have RM experience and be a current RM in EBD setting)
– Enhanced Salary: £55-60k considered for Ofsted Outstanding graded managers
– Bonuses: Annual Occupancy Bonuses linked to Ofsted gradings (up to £10k) & Team Bonuses (£150-£200 per staff member)
– Perks: Referral bonuses (£250-£500), Employee Assistance Programme, 33 days annual leave, birthday off and paid, and a £150 probation completion bonus.

 Location & Support:
– The home is fully staffed with a Deputy Manager and Senior Team Leader.
– RI attends the home weekly to support the RM.
– Training opportunities with Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications available internally.
– PRICE (Physical Intervention Training) delivered internally.

Flexibility:
– Start date: flexible, minimum 4-6 weeks from now.
