Hampton’s are working in partnership with a well-known and respected Adult social care provider, who provide care for the Elderly.
Due to their continued high standard, person-centered care, we are supporting them to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Registered Manager with at least two years previous experience. The appointed candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small 10-bed Residential Care Home for the elderly.
In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder of this role to be female, as the role requires the personal care of residents who are all female.

Service Type: Elderly Care Home (10 bed)
Salary: £38,500 – £39,500 + £1k salary increase after successful registration
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday
Location: South Lanarkshire

The successful candidate will have:
- A level 4 SVQ in Health & Social Care.
- Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5
- SCQF Level 7 practitioner qualification
- Experience of working at Registered management level within care services
- Knowledge of CQC regulatory standards and expectations.
- Experience of working with / caring for the Elderly.
- A personable approach to both service users and staff.
- Great leadership skills.
- An adaptable management style.
