Hamptons is proud to exclusively partner with a newly established and ambitious Supported Accommodation provider to recruit a Registered Manager to lead their exciting new service based in Sheffield.

Role Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day management of the Supported Accommodation service, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young people.
Compliance & Quality: Lead on regulatory compliance, ensuring the service meets all relevant legal and quality standards (including Care Leavers' Accommodation and Support standards).
Positive Outcomes: Promote independence and positive life outcomes for young people transitioning into adulthood.
Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and support a dedicated team, fostering a positive and inclusive working culture.
Strategic Development: Work closely with company directors to grow the service and expand provision across the region.
Safeguarding & Welfare: Champion the safeguarding and well-being of all young people in your care, following best practices and legal frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, and other key stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: You must have experience either in managing Supported Accommodation services or as a Registered Manager in a residential children’s home setting.
Leadership: Proven track record of effective team leadership and operational service delivery.
Qualifications: Ideally, you will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards it.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of safeguarding protocols and the unique challenges faced by care leavers and vulnerable young people.
Drive & Vision: Passionate about making a difference and ready to contribute to building a high-quality service from the ground up.
