The Role: Registered Manager

About You:

  • Experience of working in a domiciliary environment at a managerial level. 
  • A proven track record of developing trusting relationships with local authorities.
  • At least five years’ experience at Manager level or above, delivering a CQC compliant service rated as ‘Good’.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Social Care – or equivalent; or be willing to commit to achieving within two years of appointment.
  • Recruit and manage a team, developing star performers and managing staff that present challenges. 
  • A tenacious attitude when it comes to getting the best for our client’s residents.
  • Good relationship management skills and first-hand experience of building commercial relationships.
  • Strong people and networking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills.

About the role: 
Hampton’s are working exclusively in partnership with a high quality care provider who are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee their domiciliary branch. 

The branch is currently operating 1,000 hours of care per week and are looking for someone to come on board to help grow the hours. 
There is currently an experienced deputy and staff team in place. 

The Registered Manager will be fundamental in guiding the charity in achieving their goals; as the role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance, best practice and exceptional service delivery – in line with legal requirements and the service delivery regulatory requirements as set out by the CQC
