We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead two solo-occupancy (2-bed) children’s homes in Cumbria.
In this role, you will lead from the heart ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and development of the children in your care, while inspiring and managing a team committed to achieving outstanding outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
• Manage two solo-occupancy homes, providing safe and structured spaces for children’s recovery.
• Lead with a genuine heart and develop a high-performing, child-centered team.
• Ensure homes exceed Ofsted standards and meet’s every child’s needs.
• Collaborate with professionals to deliver positive outcomes.
• Embed therapeutic care, stability, and high standards from day one.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 1 year experience of running a children’s residential home
• Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
• Solid knowledge of SSCIF, Children’s Homes Regs & Quality Standards, and Ofsted.
• Full UK driving license and your own car
