  • Build strong relationships with external partners, families, and professionals to ensure joined-up care and positive outcomes.

  • Support, develop, and mentor staff through supervision, training, and performance management.

  • Drive continuous improvement across the service through effective monitoring, evaluation, and innovation.

About You

  • Experienced as a Registered Manager within a children’s residential or supported accommodation (Ofsted-registered) setting.

  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams.

  • Passionate about promoting the welfare, independence, and development of young people aged 16+.

  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).

  • Committed to safeguarding, continuous learning, and maintaining high standards of care.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comprehensive induction, training, and ongoing professional development

  • Supportive, inclusive, and collaborative working environment

  • Health & wellbeing initiatives
