We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Residential Care Practitioner for our 3-bed EBD Children's Home in Oxton, Merseyside. This role offers an annual salary of £28,000 with an additional £60 per sleep-in—a perfect opportunity for those committed to providing high-quality care to children and young people.

The Role:

As the Senior Residential Care Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
– Providing direct care and support to children and young people.
– Implementing care plans and ensuring the highest standards of care.
– Mentoring and developing junior staff members.
– Managing challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
– Experience in managing Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
– A compassionate and resilient approach to supporting young people.
– Strong leadership and organisational skills.
