We are seeking compassionate, resilient, and committed Residential Childcare Workers to join our 3-bed EBD home based in Bolton. You will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children and young people who have experienced trauma and adversity. Ability to follow a 2 on 4 off working pattern and flexibility for sleep-ins is required.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and support in line with individual care plans
Build trusting, positive relationships with young people
Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
Promote education, life skills, and independence
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
Work in partnership with families, social workers, and external professionals
Ensure safeguarding and child protection policies are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children and young people (EBD experience desirable)
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
A genuine passion for improving outcomes for young people
Full UK driving licence (desirable)
