Hamptons is collaborating with a dedicated care provider in Hyde, SK14, to identify a highly skilled Responsible Individual for their children's home specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This home, catering exclusively to boys aged 10-16, is poised for expansion, with additional homes to be added.

Role Responsibilities:
– Leadership: Guide and support staff to understand and meet the individual needs of all young residents, fostering positive holistic development.
– Behaviour Management: Develop and communicate effective intervention strategies to promote pro-social behaviour and manage challenging behaviours.
– Financial Oversight: Ensure the home operates within its allocated budgets and remains financially viable.
– Service Development: Create and implement a development plan to deliver high-quality, clinically informed practices.
– Staff Development: Provide comprehensive information and support to staff, ensuring they understand their roles and perform to high standards. Promote professional growth through supervision, direction, and regular performance appraisals.
Candidate Profile:
– Proven Experience: Demonstrable success as a Registered Manager with Ofsted.
– Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to undertake).
– Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
– Passion for Change: A genuine desire to make a positive impact on young people's lives.
– Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Ofsted regulations.
– Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required.
