Hamptons are working with a Local Authority in the South West and are looking for a new Assessment Coordinator.
The Role: SEND Assessment Coordinator
– The Assessment Coordinator will act as the key point of contact on behalf of the local authority
– The Assessment Coordinator will coordinate the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) assessment and review process for young people (0-25).
– Working closely with the child, young person and their families to identify outcomes and how these can be met.
About You:
– The successful candidate will be an experienced SEN Case Officer
– A minimum of 2 years recent experience within a Local Authority
– Have excellent knowledge of SEND guidance and legislation
What's On Offer: £300 per day, initial 3 month contract, prodominantly remote working but you must be willing to visit schools if requested
