Hamptons are working with a Local Authority in the South West and are looking for a SEN Case Officer.
The Role: SEND Officer
– The SEND Officer will act as the lead contact for Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) activity for children and young people (CYP), with special educational needs and disability and their families.
– In line with the SEND Code of Practice and Children and Families Act, these roles will coordinate activities that are required to assess needs, review the specified needs to ensure they are being met, monitor if progress is being made and champion inclusion in the education setting.
About You:
– The successful candidate will be an experienced SEN Case Officer
– You will have experience of Complex Casework
– A minimum of 2 years recent experience within a Local Authority
– Have excellent knowledge of SEND guidance and legislation
What's On Offer: £300 per day, initial 3 month contract, and remote working.
