Hamptons are working with a London Borough based Local Authority in the search for their next interim SEN Case Officer to assist with the Annual Reviews and Complex Casework
The Role: SEN Case Officer
This role offers the chance to work within a supportive and dynamic team, ensuring that every child receives the tailored support they need to thrive.
As a SEN Case Officer, the focus will be on assisting with annual reviews and managing complex casework, providing a vital service to children, families, and educational settings.
About You:
– The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and relevant legislation.
– Experience in a similar role, particularly within an educational or local authority setting, is essential.
– Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently are essential.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, as the role involves liaising with parents, schools, and other professionals.
– A keen eye for detail and a compassionate approach are vital, ensuring that each case is handled with the utmost care and precision.
– The ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team, will ensure success in this role.
What's On Offer: £280 per day, remote working and an ASAP start date
