The Role:
- Support children and young people with SEND by managing the entire EHCP process.
- Conduct assessments and write/review Education, Health, and Care Plans.
- Coordinate consultations, re-assessments, and ensure plans are up-to-date.
- Work closely with families, partner agencies, and educational settings.
- Maintain high-quality, person-centred plans aligned with statutory requirements.
- Manage caseloads based on complexity, with support from colleagues.
- Attend reviews and meetings with SENCOs to monitor and address needs proactively.
About You:
- Experience managing EHCP processes within SEND or education sectors.
- Strong understanding of statutory responsibilities and child-centred planning.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to inclusive practice.
- Empathetic, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of handling complex caseloads and meeting deadlines.
