Hamptons are proudly supporting a London Based Local Authority in the search for their next SEND Quality Assurance Manager.
The Role: SEND Quality Assurance Manager
The SEND Quality Assurance Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and leading the SEND Quality Assurance Framework and processes. The primary focus will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
This position demands a meticulous individual with a strong background in plan writing and a deep understanding of SEND regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the SEND Quality Assurance Framework, ensuring all processes align with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.
– Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to guarantee the production of high-quality EHCPs.
– Conduct thorough reviews and audits of EHCPs, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
– Collaborate with various stakeholders, including educational institutions, healthcare providers, and local authorities, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive support for SEND students.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEND legislation and policies, ensuring all practices remain compliant and effective.
About You:
– Proven experience in writing and reviewing EHCPs, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
– Extensive knowledge of SEND regulations, policies, and quality assurance frameworks.
– Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving excellence.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
– Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
What’s On Offer: £350 per day, Hybrid working with 1 day on site per week and an ASAP start date
