Hamptons are working with a Local Authority in the North West of England and are looking for an experienced SEND Team Manager.

The Role: SEND Team Manager
– The postholder will be responsible for overseeing a team of officers dedicated to supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). 
– The postholder will lead on quality assurance, performance monitoring, and resource management, while supporting  service development initiatives aligned with local priorities. 
– The SEND Team Manager plays a vital part in shaping a responsive, effective service that empowers children  and young people to thrive and achieve their potential. 

About You:
– The successful candidate will be an experienced SEND Team Manager.
– Experience of leading teams or projects, managing competing priorities, driving performance, and delivering successful outcomes.
– Proven experience of applying current and authoritative SEND practice knowledge to support complex service delivery  and drive improvements across teams.

What's On Offer: £450 per day, initial 3 month contract, hybrid working with 1 day on site.
