Hamptons are proud to partner with one of the UK’s leading Children’s Residential Care providers in their search for a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker. This exciting opportunity, based in Cauldon Low, is ideal for an experienced Residential Support Worker ready to take the next step into a senior role and make a real difference in the lives of young people.
The role:
• Build positive, supportive relationships with children and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
• Lead shifts and supervise residential staff, maintaining high standards of care.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and placement plans are followed effectively in line with Ofsted regulations.
• Support each child’s development, education, and overall welfare.
What we’re looking for:
• Is 22 years old or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children Residential Care, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience withing residential childcare and working alongside young people.
• Manual UK driving licence.
What’s on offer:
• Salary up to £34,800 per year and £50 per sleep-in.
• Receive a £100 bonus for achieving a ‘Good’ Ofsted outcome for the home and a £200 bonus for achieving ‘Outstanding’.
