Hamptons is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker for a brand-new residential home in Morley, Leeds. This home is currently undergoing the registration process and will provide specialised care for a solo young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Qualifications: Must possess a Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
– Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, particularly with EBD.

– Flexibility: Willingness to undertake sleep-ins as required.
