The Role: Service Manager – Drug & Alcohol Support

About You:
•    NVQ level 5 Diploma in Health & Social care.
•    Experience as a Registered Manager or Service Manager in a similar service.
•    Experience of working within Drug & Alcohol / Substances Misuse services (ideal, but not essential).
•    The ability to maintain high standards.
•    A drug & alcohol related qualification (not essential).
•    A deeply compassionate nature with a commitment to making a difference to lives.
•    A driven mindset to get the job done efficiently but also in line with our clients ethos and values.
•    Great leadership skills.
•    An adaptable management style.

About the role: 
Hampton’s are working in partnership with our Client a well-known and respected Drug, Alcohol and Mental Health support provider.  As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Service Manager.  The appointed Manager will be responsible for a Drug and Alcohol service in the South London area. 

This is a very reputable, high intensity service supporting a diverse group of service users as well as working with leading experts in the sector, and so my client are looking for an experienced manager who thrives and has experience in similar environments.
