The Role: Service Manager – Drug & Alcohol Support

About You:
•    NVQ level 5 Diploma in Health & Social care.
•    Experience as a Registered Manager or Service Manager in a similar service.
•    Experience of working within Drug & Alcohol / Substances Misuse services (ideal, but not essential).
•    The ability to maintain high standards.
•    A drug & alcohol related qualification (not essential).
•    A deeply compassionate nature with a commitment to making a difference to lives.
•    A driven mindset to get the job done efficiently but also in line with our clients ethos and values.
•    Great leadership skills.
•    An adaptable management style.

About the role: 
Hampton’s are working in partnership with our Client a well-known and respected Drug, Alcohol and Mental Health support provider.  As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Service Manager.  The appointed Manager will be responsible for a Drug and Alcohol service in the Wandsworth & Richmond Area.  This is a high intensity service supporting a diverse group of service users and so my client are looking for an experienced manager who thrives in similar environments.
