The Role: Service Manager – Learning Disabilities

About the role: 
Hamptons are working exclusively with a leading Learning Disability care provider based in East Sussex, dedicated to delivering high-quality care services to individuals in supported living services.  To support their continued growth and maintain their standards of care, we are searching for a dedicated and passionate Team Manager to become an integral part of their team and provide support to an individual who lives in his own property in the Peacehaven area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader looking to step up and develop in their career, or for a candidate who is well versed in the world of autism and learning disabilities and someone who has substantial experience of managing teams.
 
About You:
•    Experience of working with/providing care for people with Learning Autism.
•    A good understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
•    Longevity within previous roles.
•    Experience of managing diverse teams.
•    Exceptional organisational skills are essential for this role.
•    Experience of working within a similar service within care.
