Hamptons are proudly supporting a local authority in the Midlands who are looking for an interim Improvement Lead. 

Supporting the Heads of Operations and PSW, you will work as a deputy to the Assistant Director for Adult Social Care playing a vital role supporting social work leadership, ensuring service excellence, and driving strategic improvements in social work/adult social care provision.

You will ensure that timely reports are provided as required and to oversee strategic development of policies and process across social work within Adult Social Care aimed at improving and maintaining performance and quality levels to an acceptable level working collaboratively.

Rate: £500pd (inside IR35)
Durations: 3-6 months
Hybrid working (2 days on site)
