Hampton’s Resourcing are exclusively supporting the London Borough of Harrow in the recruitment of their next permanent Strategic Director of Children’s Services.

The Role: Strategic Director of Children’s Services

About You: 

This appointment offers a significant opportunity to lead children’s services within a diverse and ambitious London borough.

Harrow is committed to strong corporate ownership, effective political and partnership working, and providing the Director with the authority and support required to deliver sustainable improvement and positive outcomes for children, young people, and families.

As their new Strategic Director of Children’s services, you will lead, manage and have the overall responsibility of:

Early Help, Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, Assessment Services, Children in Need, Children with Disabilities Corporate Parenting Services, Family Safeguarding and Education Services.

As a key member of the Council’s leadership team, you will be a strategic and operational leader able to inspire, lead and motivate our workforce and have a thorough understanding of working within a political environment.

What's On Offer: An annual salary of between £139,812 – £153,993
