The Role
Our client are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Supervising Social Worker to join their team, covering a caseload across Swindon.
You’ll play a key role in supporting foster carers to deliver exceptional care for children and young people, ensuring every placement is safe, nurturing, and helps young people thrive.

About You
You’ll be an experienced and motivated Social Worker who is committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people. You’ll also bring:
A professional qualification in Social Work and registration with Social Work England (SWE).
Experience working in a fostering-related role or within children’s social care (e.g. looked-after children’s team).
A reflective and creative approach to working with foster carers and young people.
The ability to manage a caseload of up to 13 fostering families, providing ongoing supervision and guidance.
A strong understanding of fostering regulations, childcare law, and safeguarding.
Access to a car and a full UK driving licence.
You’ll be passionate, resilient, and eager to contribute to the continued success and growth of our client.
