Hamptons is working in partnership with a well-established childcare provider who are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker for a newly established home in Levenshulme, Manchester. This home will offer specialised care for a solo young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Qualifications: A Level 3 in Residential Childcare is preferred, but candidates from transferable backgrounds are welcome.
– Experience: Previous experience in the sector is advantageous.
– Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Passion for Care: A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the life of a young person.
– Flexibility: Willingness to undertake sleep-ins as required.
