We’re offering an opportunity based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire to be part of a dedicated residential service supporting children with emotional behavioural disorder. You’ll help create a safe, supportive environment that promotes emotional, social, and physical development – all within a collaborative and inclusive care setting.
The role:
- Offering one-to-one guidance and support to help young people work through past and current challenges.
- Supervise care staff during shifts to ensure adherence to home policies, care plans, and professional standards.
- Plan and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and smooth day-to-day operations within the home.
- Undertaking essential domestic tasks to support a safe, nurturing, and well-maintained home environment.
About you:
- Hold NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Must have previous experience working with children in a residential setting.
- Must hold a clean driving licence.
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to £15 per hour.
- Annual leave entitlement.
