The Role: Team Manager – Learning Disabilities – Maternity Leave Cover

About You:
•    Experience of working with/providing care for people with Learning Disabilities.
•    A good understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
•    Longevity within previous roles.
•    Exceptional organisational skills are essential for this role.
•    Experience of working within a similar service within care.

About the role: 

This role will initially be for 12 months MAT leave cover, but there is a strong possibility for the role to become permanent in another nearby service.

Hampton’s are working exclusively with a leading Learning Disability care provider based in South Yorkshire, dedicated to delivering high-quality care services to individuals in supported living services.  To support their continued growth and maintain their standards of care, we are searching for a dedicated and passionate Team Manager to become an integral part of their team.
