The Role: Team Manager – Supported Living Service
About the role:
Your role: To champion performance and compliance in a supportive living environment, shaping a well-established team dedicated to mental health and complex care.
You'll be the backbone of daily operations, upholding discipline and efficiency while ensuring the highest care standards. Expect to collaborate with the Service Manager to reach service goals and provide excellent care to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs.
You will be overseeing a 6-person supported living service, that is striving for CQC excellence.
About You:
- Experience supporting individuals who have disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
- Have a genuine desire to help, develop and maintain high quality service provision for the people we support in this service appropriate to their assessed needs.
- Have 2 years’ experience of supervising a small to medium team.
- Experienced with providing Person-Centred support and to be passionate about it.
- Be able to manage own time.
- NVQ Level 3, QCE level 5 or willing to obtain this.
- Duties may include providing personal care and administration of medication.
- To participate in the On-call rota and cover shifts when needed.
- Working knowledge of CQC and other relevant regulations.
- You will need to be flexible for nightshifts on the odd occasion.
