Hamptons are proud to be working in close partnership with a well-established and passionate Adult’s social care provider to help recruit for a motivated and resilient Team Manager to oversee a supported living services split between Ealing and Hillingdon.
 
The Role: Team Manager – Supported Living Service

About the role: 

Your role: To champion performance and compliance in a supportive living environment, shaping a well-established team dedicated to mental health and complex care.
You'll be the backbone of daily operations, upholding discipline and efficiency while ensuring the highest care standards. Expect to collaborate with the Service Manager to reach service goals and provide excellent care to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs.
You will be overseeing two services, one in Hillingdon and one in Ealing. There is a Team Leader based in both services and your time will be split 75-25% across the two.
The service in Hillingdon supports 17 people and the service in Ealing supports 12 people.
CQC excellence? You'll lead the way, fostering a team culture of professional growth to exceed the demands of their roles.

 
About You:

  • Experience supporting individuals who have disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
  • Have a genuine desire to help, develop and maintain high quality service provision for the people we support in this service appropriate to their assessed needs.
  • Have 2 years’ experience of supervising a small to medium team.
  • Experienced with providing Person-Centred support and to be passionate about it.
  • Be able to manage own time.
  • NVQ Level 3, QCE level 5 or willing to obtain this.
  • Duties may include providing personal care and administration of medication.
  • To participate in the On-call rota and cover shifts is needed incl. sleep ins.
  • Working knowledge of CQC and other relevant regulations.
  • You will need to be flexible for nightshifts on the odd occasion.
