Beckie is a SEND Associate Director for our Interim Children’s Services, SEND and Education Public Sector team.
Beckie started her career in recruitment 7 years ago, working within home care to support the placement of carers in people’s homes, after being a carer herself for the same business. She was very successful within her first recruitment role and knew that recruitment was right for her.
Beckie came across Hamptons at a complete chance. Despite some initial nerves due to having no previous agency experience, Beckie has excelled in her role and was promoted after 16 months.
