From studying law to discovering my passion for people, my journey has always been guided by a desire to understand others on a deeper level. While completing my Bachelor of Laws at the University of Leicester, I found myself especially drawn to employment law — the place where people, their rights, and their workplaces intersect.

Gaining experience across a number of sectors, with the help of recruiters changed everything for me. Feeling genuinely supported and understood made me realise how powerful it is when someone helps you find the right opportunity at the right moment. I wanted to be able to do that for others.

That path led me to Hamptons Resourcing, where I bring a holistic approach to every search. Being the people-person I am, I’m energised by building meaningful relationships and truly understanding each client’s and candidate’s priorities. My goal is always to create matches that feel less like placements and more like the start of a meaningful working relationship

Interesting facts:

At the age of 9 I took in a stray dog and kept it at home for 3 days without my parents knowing.
I am a massive foodie and love to explore and try different things when I get the chance.
