Jo is an Associate Director of our Interim Children’s Services, SEND and Education Public Sector team.
Jo’s social care recruitment career started in 2007 working for another agency, which is where she met Simon and Gary. They worked closely together for a number of years, recruiting into children’s services and sharing lots of success along the way, so it was a no brainer for Jo to join them when they set up Hamptons. Jo was the first Consultant Simon and Gary hired back in 2014, so you could say she’s part of the furniture now!
Jo has enjoyed being a part of the journey from the start, watching the company grow and evolve from just four staff members in a tiny office in Warwick.
Jo is a mum to two daughters - a one year old, and one of the furry variety (a Border Terrier, Ruby!)Jo has a phobia of baked beans.
