Sue is the Divisional Manager for the Private Sector desk, overseeing both the Children’s and Adults’ Services teams. As well as desk management, a key part of Sue’s role is to understand candidate and clients needs and gain insights into our sector to aid and inform the recruitment process.

Sue’s career in recruitment started in 2001, where she spent over 10 years recruiting for the Health and Social Care industry. This led to subsequent careers as a Business Analyst and Product Manager working within the Education sectors. In 2024, Sue decided to return to recruitment and joined Hamptons!

Sue’s passion is supporting her teams to develop and grow, enabling a great end to end recruitment experience for our candidates and clients.
