In her role as a Business Support Executive, Svilena collaborates with the Public Sector teams to support consultants and candidates throughout the compliance process, ensuring seamless operations and successful placements.
Her career journey commenced in 2022 as an office administrator, eventually transitioning to a recruitment consultant at a small agency specializing in a different sector. Svilena discovered her passion for the administrative aspects of the recruitment, which ultimately brought her to her role at Hampton’s.

Svilena is particularly passionate about enhancing the candidate experience by streamlining the compliance process, as it not only helps them feel supported, but also contributes to the overall efficiency and success of our recruitment efforts at Hampton’s. Outside of work, she enjoy traveling to new destinations, immersing herself in diverse cultures, savoring unique cuisines, and also spending time in the kitchen, where she unleashes her creativity through cooking and baking desserts.
