Hampton's are working close partnership with our Client, a well-known and respected Adult social care provider. As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit a Registered Manager in the Kent area. The appointed Registered Manager will be responsible for a 50 bed care home and will be an experienced manager with a great track record of home management.


Salary: Up to £60,000 + Company benefits
Location: Sittingbourne
Hours: 39hrs / Mon-Fri


The successful candidate will preferably display:

  • A level 5 Diploma (or working towards completing their level 5) in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience of working at a home management level within care services.
  • Substantial experience of Elderly care.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.
  • Substantial experience in using care systems such as Care Vision and Go Audit
  • Great leadership skills.
  • An adaptable management style.
