Identify a highly experienced Early Help specialist to add capacity to a busy Early Help service and work alongside the Head of Early Help to develop and implement a partnership, and undertake project work to support families and service development.
Hamptons engaged with the Head of Early Help with an initial call to discuss the current situation within the service and the needs for this position.
