Simon started his recruitment career in 2003 after returning home from 18 months’ travelling around Asia and Australia. His first job was for a social care company, and he was excited and intrigued by the sector.

10 years later, he and Gary co founded Hamptons with the idea of supporting the careers of social care managers, and giving social care providers a dedicated place to go when they need to hire one.

Within the last 11 years, Hamptons have worked with thousands of social care managers in the Public and Private Sector, and helped develop some of the most enthusiastic and passionate managers, directors, and consultants to do what they do best – care for the most vulnerable people in our society.
