The brief

This leading autism charity is a new client, who approached Hamptons on the basis of a recommendation to find a suitable candidate for a role that they had been struggling to recruit for themselves – a Registered Manager for a purpose built Supported Living site.

Our consultant Scott set up a Teams meeting with the Director of Adults Services to get a real understanding of the organisation, their values and key attributes the service needed from the candidate, as well as required experience and qualifications.
