The Role: Registered Manager – Children's Residential Care
About You:
- Experience of working with young people with emotional, behavioural difficulties, symptoms of trauma and anti-social behaviour
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a residential setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and IT literacy
- NVQ/QCF/ILM Level 5 in Children & Young People or a Diploma/Degree
