Essential Qualifications:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing residential childcare settings.
- A thorough understanding of the Ofsted regulatory framework.
- A track record of maintaining high standards of care and achieving good or outstanding Ofsted ratings.
Skills and Experience:
- Inspirational leadership with a passion for developing staff.
