Position: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential
Salary: £50,000 + Performance-Related Bonuses
Location: Sefton, North West

Essential Qualifications:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing residential childcare settings.
  • A thorough understanding of the Ofsted regulatory framework.
  • A track record of maintaining high standards of care and achieving good or outstanding Ofsted ratings.

Skills and Experience:

  • Inspirational leadership with a passion for developing staff.
  • Excellent organisational skills to create a structured and homely environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with children, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous personal development and staying abreast of changes in the sector.
