Senior Support Worker – Children's Home, Bury, Greater Manchester

About You:
Are you a dedicated and experienced individual with a passion for nurturing the potential in young people?

Our client are seeking a skilled professional who embodies the following:

– Proven supervisory experience in children's residential care.
– A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Services or equivalent.
– Adept at creating and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment for children.
– Exceptional leadership abilities to guide and inspire a team of support workers.
– Strong organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– Excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships with children, staff, and external agencies.
– A resilient nature, with the ability to handle complex situations with sensitivity and care.
